Booking & Cancellations

*booking is required to secure your session.

*if you want to cancel or reschedule, the notice period is 7 days in advance to receive a refund or rebook. Cancellation later the notice period are non-refundable. If something serious comes up (sickness, emergency) notice period to reschedule is 24 hours in advance.

Studio Care & Equipment Responsibility

*the studio is a shared creative space, so please treat everything with care - that includes backdrops, lighting, furniture, and props.

*if any equipment, furniture, or backdrop are seriously damaged and cannot be reused, a replacement fee will be charged:

-white vinyl backdrop —- 200 Euro

-paper backdrop —- 50 Euro

-studio lights —- 100 Euro (if damaged beyond repair)

*if damage occur, please inform us immediately.

Food/Drinks & Cleanliness

*you are welcome to bring food and drinks, but please keep them in the chill zone to avoid spills or damage.

*smoking cigarettes and drug use are strictly prohibited in the studio.

*at the end of the shoot, please leave the studio clean.

*dispose trash and return props and equipment to their original places.

Noize & Music

*while music is welcome to create the right vibe for your shoot, please keep the volume at a reasonable level.

*loud parties or excessive noise that disturbs others in the building are not allowed.

Punctuality

*please arrive on time for your booking.

*if you arrive late, you session will still end at the scheduled time, as other bookings may follow yours.

*this studio is a creative and respectful environment for all.

*please be mindful of the others and share the space with care.
